Freedom park splash pad

Freedom Splash Pad is a free, public splash pad facility operated by the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation located at 5000 E. 29th Street in the midtown area. The splash pad features colorful interactive water toys, shade sails, and seating, opening seasonally from April 1 through October 31, daily from 8 a.m. to sunset. The facility was completed in 2025 as part of Tucson Delivers Proposition 407, a voter-approved bond package designed to improve city parks and provide heat relief infrastructure for residents during Arizona’s hot summers.
