La Madera Park
About
Established in 1946, La Madera Park is a 5.19-acre neighborhood park located at 2700 E. La Madera Drive in central Tucson, operated by the City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department. The park features a playground, soccer field, basketball court, exercise equipment, picnic areas, and a ramada, and is surrounded by mature trees including distinctive palm trees. As a community hub, La Madera Park serves families and residents throughout the neighborhood with planned improvements including a splash pad, walking path, and irrigation renovations funded by Tucson’s Proposition 407 bond.
