YMCA Water Park at The Landing

The YMCA Water Park at The Landing is a state-of-the-art aquatic facility located at 2255 Middle Road in Bettendorf, Iowa, operated by the YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley as part of a public-private partnership with the City of Bettendorf. The facility features a splash pad for young children, a leisure pool with zero-depth entry and diving boards, three water slides, a lazy river with rock formations, and amenities including ninja bars and climbing walls. Opened in May 2025, this $22.9 million investment represents a major community recreational development that replaced the city’s aging pool facility.
