Noelridge Splash Pad

The Noelridge Splash Pad is a free water play facility operated by the City of Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation Department located at 4900 Council Street NE in Noelridge Park. The splash pad features sensor-activated spray features and water fountains designed for families and young children to cool off during summer months, operating daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from late May through Labor Day.
