Twin Pines Splash Pad

Twin Pines Splash Pad is a free, family-friendly water play area located at 3500 42nd Street NE in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, operated by the City of Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation Department. The splash pad opened in July 2011 and features motion-activated water fountains with a fire hydrant theme, picnic tables, and playground equipment, operating daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the summer season from late May through early September. As part of the larger 150-acre Twin Pines Park complex, which also includes an 18-hole golf course and miniature golf course, the splash pad serves as a popular community resource for families to cool off during hot Iowa summers.
