Mark’s Park

Mark’s Park is a free outdoor playground and splash pad for children ages 12 and under located in downtown Waterloo next to the RiverLoop Amphitheatre and the Waterloo Center for the Arts along the Cedar River. Operated by Waterloo Leisure Services, the park features playground equipment, interactive water features, and picnic tables available seasonally for families and community members to enjoy at no charge.
