Riverloop Expo Plaza

RiverLoop Expo Plaza is a two-block outdoor exposition center located at the corner of Park Avenue and Jefferson Street in downtown Waterloo, Iowa, serving as a central gathering place for public and private events. As part of the city’s River Renaissance revitalization project initiated in 2012, the plaza was developed on formerly blighted properties and now hosts diverse events including farmers’ markets, car shows, tractor shows, and My Waterloo Days celebrations. The venue features decorative paving, landscaping, and lighting, and is adjacent to the RiverLoop Amphitheater, Mark’s Park with its splash pad, and scenic Cedar River trails.
